Custom Product Scope

Customization may include engraving text, uploaded photos, logos, material selection, plating color, stone setting, chain length, packaging, and OEM production details.

Artwork Requirements

Customers should provide clear, high-resolution artwork or reference files. Accepted files may include JPG, PNG, WebP, PDF, SVG, AI, or other production-ready files when available. Low-quality artwork may affect final output.

Proofs and Approvals

For certain custom or bulk orders, we may provide a digital proof, sample photo, or production confirmation before final production. Customer delays in approval may affect delivery timelines.

Production Variation

Minor variations in color, plating tone, stone placement, engraving depth, photo placement, size tolerance, and surface reflection may occur due to manufacturing processes and material batches.

Restricted Content

We may refuse customization requests involving illegal content, hate content, explicit content, counterfeit branding, unauthorized trademarks, or artwork that appears to violate third-party rights.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names, artwork ownership, order quantity, size, and finish choices before approval or checkout.
