By using this website, placing an order, or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms of Service. Replace PendantForge with your final company or brand name before launch.

Products and Custom Orders

We sell ready-to-order pendants, dog tags, medallions, name plates, and custom metal tag products. Product photos, descriptions, colors, finishes, and measurements are provided for reference. Small variations may occur due to production methods, screen display, material batches, and plating processes.

Customer Artwork and Rights

Customers are responsible for ensuring they own or have permission to use all uploaded photos, logos, names, artwork, trademarks, and design files. We may refuse orders that appear to infringe intellectual property rights or violate applicable law.

Pricing and Quotes

Website prices may apply to ready-to-order products. Custom quote prices depend on material, finish, size, tooling, artwork complexity, packaging, quantity, and shipping requirements. A quote is not final until confirmed in writing.

Orders and Payment

Orders are accepted after payment authorization and internal review. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if information is incomplete, payment fails, materials are unavailable, or the requested customization cannot be produced.

Production Time

Production times are estimates and may vary based on order volume, customization complexity, customer approval time, holidays, material availability, and shipping conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. We are not responsible for indirect losses, delays outside our control, or customer-provided artwork issues.
