Small or compressed images
A small social media screenshot may look acceptable on a phone but become blurry when cropped for a pendant.
Good artwork helps us quote faster, avoid unclear engraving, and choose the right production route for photo pendants, dog tags, logo tags, and name plates.
Vector files are best for logos and shape outlines. High-resolution images are best for portraits. Screenshots can be used for reference, but they may not be production-ready.
If these problems appear in the file, we may ask for a clearer version or suggest a simplified pendant layout.
